Today, the group is maintaining a CAGR of more than 15% along with expanding to other sectors like Real estate, jewellery etc. due to his impeccable financial guidance.
Ravi Vasudev
Quality & Engineering GM
With over 28 years of experience in Ball manufacturing, Mr Ravi is a strong administrator with hands-on experience in QMS & business development. Along with engineering, Ravi oversees the Statistical Quality Control at ABI. He is trained in Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing Techniques for Operational Excellence
Prior to joining ABI, Ravi served major high precision mechanics industries like Graphite India, SKF bearings, NHB ball and roller ltd.

- Execution of SKF’s Outsourcing Strategy of Ball in a record time of 9 Months with Zero Disturbance in supplies, Quality & Labor issues.

Keshav joined the family business in 2015 after completing his MBA in Marketing and Finance. He is a state-level chess player and brings the same proficiency in his business strategy. In ABI, he handles Marketing and Purchase and constantly hunting for innovation and development.

Naresh joined the organisation in 1994 and started his journey of steel balls directly from shop floor . With an experience of more than 25 years he currently looks after management of supply chain i.e production planning,material and tooling planning,logistics etc . He has strong interpersonal relations with the workers and top management and serves in bringing efficiency and effectiveness in the organisation.
